High Risk Missions and Procedural Threats

Play as a mercenary alone or in a squad of four to complete dangerous contracts aboard an abandoned ship. Missions vary in objectives (recover a black box, eliminate a threat) and difficulty. You are stalked by a procedurally chosen specimen, each with unique strengths and weaknesses. Survival relies on quickly scanning the environment to identify this unknown threat, as a unique strategy is required for every nightmare.

Cooperation, Tools and Mercenary Progression

Cooperation is essential to survive. Coordinate the use of crucial tools (motion detector, shield, healing syringe) to deal with creatures often untouchable by standard firearms. The greater the risk, the greater the reward. Credits earned by completing contracts allow you to upgrade your equipment, purchase new tools, customize your appearance, and unlock lore for your creature museum.
