As Long As You're Here is a standalone adventure that explores life with Alzheimer's disease in a mature and nuanced way, inspired by the developers' personal stories and family photos. You play Annie, an elderly woman whose memory betrays her. The story follows her move and her children's difficulty managing their reversed roles as caregivers. As his life falls apart, old memories of his long-dead brother resurface.

The game is designed to be a short and personal experience, playable in a single sitting. It highlights the difficult repercussions of losing not only memory, but also a sense of self and place. The player shares Annie's failing faculties through subversive vignettes where the world around her is transformed.
