Storebound Troubleshooting FAQ

If you are having a technical issues with Storebound, please see if your issue is listed below! We’ll also be here to answer other questions so if you are having technical problems please leave a comment
Issue: I am unable to connect to lobbies and play with friends in co-op.
Answer: Here are a few things you can try:
• Check your antivirus and Windows Defender and make sure to whitelist the game.
• Run the game .exe as administrator.
• Check that no other program is using port 7777 and that the port is not blocked by your firewall, router or VPN.
If you still have trouble connecting, please report your issue below in the comments so we can take a further look!
Issue: I cannot hear others in proximity chat in game or on the walkie talkie even though everyone’s mic and speakers are working.
Answer: This is a known issue and we are hoping to have a patch out to fix it very soon. Be sure to check your input device in the settings in the game as well.
Issue: Can I change the FOV or disable the grain/pixel filter?
Answer: We are working on these features and they will be included as options in the settings menu at a later time!
Issue: My game keeps crashing. What should I do?
Answer: Please report all crashes in to us in the comments, especially if you crash at the same spot every time.
We will prioritize crashes and try to get fixes patches in ASAP!
