We know we’ve taken our time but we have had to ensure that all systems are working as intended with this new update. Alongside the first iteration of co-op we are also introducing a bunch of very much needed fixes, so you can finally experience Pizza Slice as it should be.
Patch Notes:
Added Co-Op mode to the game.
We’ve added co-op mode to the game. For the time being it’s set in a free play or Endless Mode if you will. There’s no tutorial nor story but you can play with your buddy for as long as you want. It’s recommended to play through a few days in single player for the tutorial before you jump into co-op.
We found some unexpected issues with the campaign in co-op that could cause game breaking bugs or soft locks. We decided to postpone adding the story in, until we can resolve all of the issues. We’re already patching it up and expect the story mode to fully launch in co-op in the next update.
Fixed dialogue and cutscene issues which may have caused soft locks for some players.
Instances in which a cutscene or a dialog would not launch have been fixed. This includes:
• Days 4, 16, 17, 18 – all tasks have been fixed and should properly display during gameplay.
• Fixed the cutscene not launching properly for every player on Days 13, 14.
• Fixed issues with events occurring on Day 10: the waitress dialogue will now appear properly; the waitress pop-up image will now display properly; the tutorial with the phone works now as intended.
• Fixed issues on Day 21: all dialogues should now appear properly; all tasks will now properly display for the player; any ongoing tasks will now be properly recorded by the game.
Fixed the issues in Endless Mode where the game would not save past Day 21
The game will now properly save the game past day 21, allowing you to continue playing in Endless Mode.
Added missing dialogue strings to the game.
Added missing localisation strings to the loading tips.
Added a simple scale for the saucing station when using the starting ladle.
Now every 25% is marked on the saucing progress bar. To see the progress in percentages you still need to buy the upgrade from the shop.
Adjusted and rebalanced the prices in the Mario Décor Shop.

Story Mode / Campaign for Co-Op play
As mentioned above, we removed the story for now to not delay the patch further. We are already working on resolving these issues and hope to launch the co-op campaign with the next update.

We are aware that there are more issues that can impact your playthrough. We diligently note down your reports and we will now start addressing them. Expect more fixes soon.
