A minor update

Fixed the Market & School doors (which some players had issues with,) and added a way for the cats to open the fallout shelter door.

Next update in 48 hours – We have gotten reports that there are still performance issues, and lags when transitioning between exterior sectors. We will be reviewing this issue- although a full fix might not arrive until the following Monday/Tuesday update.
