Update Notes For Dec 5

– Ice sfx and end sfx was not impacted by effects volume
– New trace disabled icon
– Leaderboard requirements was not translated in FR
– Cut fixes on level 31
– Cut fixes on level 35
– Cut fixes on level 50
– Puddle decal removed in level 12 and reimport

The cuts fixed totally break the levels so leaderboard entries that used this path will be removed. A lot of cut will not be fixed as they are hard to achieved and pretty cool to play.
