Update 0.2.247: Most requested fixes and performance improvement

Dear Stonkers

It’s been a few days since our last update. We’ve been busy going in details into some of your reported requests and here is what you get this build:

• Brightness slide in the graphics settings. You no longer need to have your shades on when playing.
• A new sky
• Should no longer lag spike at retro rolls
• Objects should no longer disappear (our ninjas updated the GPU Resident Drawer and GPU occlusion)
• Updated floating icons
• Balance UI should no longer load incorrectly
• Calendar should no longer show a « game release » where there isn’t one
• Updated description canvases and shelf tags in order to improve frame rate performance (these were hhheeeeavvy)
• Updated shadow settings for frame rate improvement

Very soon we have a major update coming up that should please some of you. Those accessing the preview branch know.
