This update is primarily a breathing-room patch focused on balance adjustments, bug fixes, and small improvements.

Choi Soonja became noticeably easier after the last patch. On the default difficulty, the win rate rose to the level we intended, but Extreme Cold also became too easy as a result. High difficulty should remain high difficulty. So we are making Extreme Cold harder again, closer to its previous level.

• Fixed an issue where the tutorial could progress abnormally due to Prestige effects.
• A bug where the effect of the “All or Nothing” relic was being applied incorrectly has been fixed.
