UPDATE 2 – Hardcore Mode

Patch Notes 1.2

• This update adds the long awaited Hardcore mode, only for Elite Rats.

You will get ONE rat, and ONE rat only. It will be a black rat, with red eyes.

No Upgrade Atoms, No Life DNAs. If you lose your rat, it’s game over, and you will have to start again from scratch with a new elite rat.

In Hardcore Mode, you can still find fur colors and unlock new rats, so you don’t have to play on normal mode at all if you don’t want to.

You can only have ONE game active at one time, so clicking « New Run » will reset your current run-progress, no matter if it’s hardcore or normal mode.

The Hardcore Mode is iteration 1, and will be improved down the line.

• Added two new rat types to unlock.

• Massively improved the visual effects on the blisters, for those rats who has blisters on them.

• The « boring blisters rat » has now been updated with an improved model.

• The game has been approved for Steam Deck

• Many small tweaks, improvements, and bug fixes
