Patch 1.0.7 – Bug fixes, VRAM reduction and Birk!

Birk

We are bringing Birk in line with the other bosses, and he will now spawn a miniboss during his transition to the final phase as well.

VRAM reduction

We have gone over a lot of the textures used in VFX and reducing their resolution where it makes sense. This should not impact the visual quality at all, but will reduce the overall VRAM used.

Tweaks

• A couple of the Cauldron Beast’s animation have been smoothed out
• Removed a placeholder VFX remaining in the Grandmaster’s beam attack
• Removed collision from rock particles in breakable plant VFX
• Replaced a few textures in some shaders to improve their visual quality
• Optimized some VFX shaders

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a rare crash that could happen in the medallion drop component during level unloading
• Fixed a possible infinite loop with the Nova Badge where two or more enemies would constantly trigger each other’s Starburst if they were next to each other. Added a 2 frame cooldown to prevent it even in larger groups.

• Updated the Norwegian language
