Tweaks

• Changed the way UI scaling works, to fix an issue where UI elements went off screen on aspect ratios narrower than 16:9
• Updated npc walking to avoid abrupt turning

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Akilah would sometimes jump back before you defeated her enemies.
• Fixed a bug where Mechanology Novice sometimes failed to unlock.
• Fixed an issue where you could get soft-locked on controller by spamming interact and continue in dialogue
• Fixed an issue where Cinna could get stuck in the Hub
• Fixed an issue where Birk could get soft-locked with ice
