AFTERBLAST – 2 Day After EA Launch Update, November 28, 2025

Hello Blasters!

I’m back with news about our second update following the Early Access launch! After the first day we gathered another batch of your feedback, and thanks to that we’ve rolled out a series of fixes, tweaks, and improvements. Most importantly, we’ve fixed the biggest co-op bug that caused monsters to disappear. This should significantly improve your co-op sessions!

Fixes:

• No more problem in coop with disappearing enemies!!!!! 🔥
• Fixed hook sfx
• Added « defeat ancient » quest description
• Snake Green & Orange are no longer treated as bosses but as regular enemies, and decreased their EXP reward
• Reworked Green Snake shield summon
• Texture on Merchant is fixed
• Fixed heavy sniper tags causing player’s weapon to disappear sometimes
• Fixed leaderboards (names and some errors)
• Updated masks names
• Added missing quest reward info
• Added canceling hook when dashing or jumping
• Fixed some quest progress calculation

Changes:

• Increased Grenade Launcher projectile collision
• Increased Laser Gun trace size
• Decreased snake crystal health
• Decreased bosses health
• Decreased Challengers health
• Decreased boss health scaling on open maps
• Decreased heavy sniper damage
• Increase shotgun skill damage

We know that it took so long this time, but the Coop bug with dissapearing enemies was deep inside the Unreal, we had to rewrite part of the engine…
