Patch notes: 10th of November

Hello Pioneers,
We just pushed a minor bugfix patch aiming to solve some the most critical reported issues:

• Performance issues when players reach max level
• Performance and crashes when using the « Scrapper » perk and clearing zones
• Offline mode
• Saving of crate state whenever items are added / removed from bus
• Weapons crate issues that could cause duplication and/or non-responsiveness of the crate
