Patch#4 Quick Fix

This is a quick fix for world map cost issue:

The world map prices would not display in some cases.
Tweaked spell rune shapes more to make last two runes easier to cast
Now when you hold right click and draw, other interactions won’t interfere.

A lot of new improvement coming in Patch#5 which will launch tomorrow.
