In Through the Nightmares, the players embody Sandman, the legendary spirit that brings sweet dreams. Their mission: to descend into the kingdom of Morpheus, a god of dreams that has become mad who transformed sleep into prison, and release the children trapped in an endless nightmare.

The game offers a brutal platform system which rewards the devotion and skill of the players.
