Update notes for v1.2.4

Truck City v1.2.4 has just been released. This is the changelog:

• Bugfix: corrected bug that would cause trucks to not spawn or not collect containers as expected (thank you Ned!)
• Bugfix: pan gesture on tactile screens would not work, fixed.
• Improvement: improved text in tutorials to be more precise.
• Improvement: loading port window is closed when a loading port is built. It prevents an issue where new prerequisites are not shown after a loading port is built.
• Improvement: tips on loading screen now show the actual key shortcuts if they have been changed.
