A few more bug fixes and small improvements for y’all!

New Features:

• Added setting for static (non-moving) background

Bug Fixes:

• Missile Wings were being enabled after a failure when they shouldn’t have been
• Gun Barrel was being disabled sometimes when it shouldn’t have been
• Money now still spawns even if you make very large amounts at once
• Money no longer gets stuck at the bottom of the cash tornado
• Weapons’ sell amounts load in correctly now
• Research slider loads correctly now
• Abacuses updates the research UI correctly now
• Added a fallback for « Gunpowder Bombs » and « New Artillery Caliber » causing null materials needed
• Fixed a crash when holding down a buy/sell button and switching tabs
