Update 0.0.9 (Hotfix)

Hey everyone!

Hotfix to resolve water collector issue, it was a bug with collateral effects, so issues like sandstorm stays several days (only visually), builder who play build animation but nothing is built (same for crafters on craft benches), or sun that doesn’t rise and stay at night are fixed too
