Update notes for v1.1.3

Truck City v1.1.3 has just been released. This is the changelog:

• Feature: added Jukebox tab in the Options menu. Players who bought the Truck City Soundtrack may play songs included in the game from here.
• Improvement: added translations for default truck names, Grid Map mission objectives, missing options in options menu
• Bugfix: fixed bug that caused decreased shadow quality when starting a new game until the player zoomed in or out
• Bugfix: fixed issue in one-way road placement in very specific cases
