Update notes for v1.1.2

Truck City v1.1.2 has just been released. This changelog also includes changes made in v1.1.1:

• Improvement: camera movement for « Goto » buttons on trucks and factories now transitions more smothly to the destination.
• Bugfix: tooltip text is now hidden when the camera is moved with WASD.
• Bugfix: wrong tile was shown for some factories in very specific cases, fixed.
• Bugfix: fixed graphical glitch where water tiles (specially in the swamp biome) would be infinitely bright when very close to a factory.
• Bugfix: on very small maps, the camera may stutter when zoomed all the way out, fixed.
