Release 70 – Small Patch

A small patch for fixing the configuration tool, used for setting the rendering backend. This would not work properly if the Windows UI scaling was changed.

Bugfixes:

• Launcher configuration options would disappear when windows ui scale was increased
• Added link to discord in launcher
• « Only fire on targets in arc » setting for weapons did not persist
