Hotfix #1 – December 19
Multiplayer, Progression, Stability, Crashes and more.
Hello everyone,
To start off with, we want to say clearly that we are very sorry for how things kicked off over launch, and that we take full responsibility for the issues that a lot of you have run into.
This really wasn’t the start that we had hoped for, and we know that there has been a lot of critique pointed towards, especially, the multiplayer experience and the progression loss. We understand the frustration, and we are 100% committed to resolving these issues asap – which is exactly what this update is all about! 🙂
Please know that we are doing everything we can, as best as we can, and that we hope you will have patience with us as we learn and grow.
We also want to say thank you to everyone who has shared feedback and bug reports, this update is directly informed by what you’ve been experiencing in game – and our direction moving forward is absolutely shaped by your voices, so this is incredibly important for us – and we are grateful for your feedback.
